Initiate Your Return
Log in to your premiumXL account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
